| I tried the Tummy Tamers years ago and found I couldn't take them. Fast-forward many years, and I decided to try them again, that perhaps I hadn't followed the directions carefully enough. A single dose let me know that I still couldn't take them because they cause severe acid reflux that lasted the entire day (after taking one in the morning). I had really hoped they would work this time. | |||||

| I've been following Heather for many years. I daily drink one cup ( or more) of her teas with 1 fennel & 1 peppermint tea bag. I love the taste of the 2 mixed together. Both my daughter & I take these peppermint capsules before each meal. I will take 2 if I'm going out to eat or a meal with possible triggers. She is very knowledgeable & her tips are very helpful. Her recipes are delicious. | |
