| I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up. I realize every body is affected differently and I am uncomfortable continuing the product to try and find my balanced dosage. | I developed post infectious IBS-d and have been battling it for 8 mos. After 18 tests and thousands of hours of research I found Heathers product and it has been a God send. Significantly reduced urgency and improved stool consistency from watery to firmer. Now I only consume soluble fiber and minimal insoluble fiber to reduce bathroom visits. I also recommend a high count CFU probiotic (50 billion+) after the antibiotics regimen. | Just found out that I have asthma and that fennel tea is good for the lungs. Eases inflammation. I wouldn't presume to tell anyone how to treat asthma or to stop any medication, but the fennel tea is something you can use without fear of interacting with other treatments. | |

| Takes a minute to get used to it and remembering to use it twice daily! Only thing I don't like is it changes the consistency of the food you add it to! Thins out yogurt, makes avacado thick! So I started adding too water, tastes gross in water but seems to do the trick as long as you use it twice daily! Better than using metamusil that just seems to make constipation worse!! | |
