| After trying the peppermint in the morning I was able to eat freely the entire day. I normally dislike peppermint in mints, etc., as they bother my stomach. But Heather's product bypasses that part of the digestive system and I felt no ill effects! | |

| I just started taking these so far so good. However it's too soon to tell. I will continue taking these as my IBS Flares are intense in the summertime. The customer service is wonderful the only reason why I rated the delivery a 4 is because they took longer than normal to ship out.
