Been using for years
I was diagnosed 50 yrs ago with IBS - after suffering with it for 10 yrs before then. It's been a wild journey through life that not many can fathom. Lucky for them. A number of years ago while researching (once again) new info about IBS, I came across Heather's information and her recommendations. Once I began using her Fennel Tea, I've never gone without it. It's my morning tea most days. It's been very helpful for the regularity of my digestive system. This past year unfortunately, the Fennel Tea was out stock for quite a while and finally I researched other fennel teas and purchased another brand that was highly rated and was pure. After giving it a good try I packed it away because it was useless and a waste of money. I plan to just stick it in a donation box and maybe someone will get some use out of it. When Heather's finally was in stock again recently I ordered a bundle of 3 cans of tea so I could stock up. When you live with conditions like IBS, once you find something that helps you, you stick with it.

Eases Gas, Bloating and Constipation
When I first bought the Fennel Tummy Teabags, I drank the tea only when I had a gassy or upset stomach. The relief was immediate. After having anesthesia for a surgical procedure, the constipation was unbearable. Great product, a life saver
The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Now that I follow Heather's recommendations which foods to avoid and drinking fennel tea regularly I do not experience that much discomfort and can allow to indulge time to time. Thank you!

Works Very Quickly
Was hoping these would help but was pleasantly surprised by how very quickly they zapped the bloating and cramping! Will never be without them again! Before these I was stuck in the house for days at a time with embarrassing bloating so bad that I couldn't even button and zip my jeans! SO wonderful to have a nice flat tummy again and feel normal! I have GERD and was taking Prilosec. I started drinking fennel tea to soothe my stomach 3 times a day at first. No heartburn or acid reflux at all! Was able to discontinue Prilosec! I only take as needed. It has also helped me lose weight! I love the taste of fennel. Sometimes, I add alittle honey. Highly recommend this tea for anyone with similar issues.

Fennel Tea Works for me
I suffer bloating and gas, even though I eat what i should eat. Peppermint teas help me, but were causing my GERD to bother me. Fennel teas has saved my life. Helps with Belching and Trapped Gas.
I had a day with constant belching. It lasted for several hours when I suddenly remembered I had the Fennel Tummy Tea. I usually use the tea for trapped gas and it works pretty well for that; however, my problem that particular day was constant burping. I drank a cup of the Fennel Tummy tea and within 20 minutes my burping/belching was gone. It was a small miracle.

Heather taught me a new word; â€œcarminative.â€� Fennel is a carminative, which is an herb or spice that relieves gas/tummy bloat. I let this teabag in the tea all day. It really helps with bloating and is soothing. Very smooth, moderate tasting fennel tea. I have never liked the taste of fennel tea before this brand.

Although the tea helps some, it is not as effective as the Yogi Stomach Ease Tea I use.
I have used your tea on my really bad nights and have found that it does nothing to control the gas bloat experienced. I was thinking of using two bags per cup but find that to be unaffordable. Thank you!
