Effective, used at least 7 years

This is just the best product!

I love the peppermint tea bags and drink the tea several times a day. I have tried others, none are even close to the taste and quality. I also bought the bulk tea (and a strainer) which allows me to easily make a stronger tea when I want one (using 1.5 tablespoons of tea leaves). Sometimes works.....

I was diagnosed 50 yrs ago with IBS - after suffering with it for 10 yrs before then. It's been a wild journey through life that not many can fathom. Lucky for them. A number of years ago while researching (once again) new info about IBS, I came across Heather's information and her recommendations. Once I began using her Fennel Tea, I've never gone without it. It's my morning tea most days. It's been very helpful for the regularity of my digestive system. This past year unfortunately, the Fennel Tea was out stock for quite a while and finally I researched other fennel teas and purchased another brand that was highly rated and was pure. After giving it a good try I packed it away because it was useless and a waste of money. I plan to just stick it in a donation box and maybe someone will get some use out of it. When Heather's finally was in stock again recently I ordered a bundle of 3 cans of tea so I could stock up. When you live with conditions like IBS, once you find something that helps you, you stick with it.

FINALLY Something that helps me with chronic constipation!
I first ordered Heatherâ€˜s tummy fiber on the advice of a friend who has IBS. I started out slowly and was starting to get frustrated when I reached out to Heather. She took the time to write me a very kind and thorough email. She encouraged me to be patient because constipation takes longer to see results. I've only been taking them first about 2 weeks.
They took a week and a half to arrive. I have to say I very been very pleased with how I'm feeling and that I'm pretty much only having about I BM a day sometimes 2. That's much better than the last 9 months on prescription medication . Constant diarrhea, nausea & pain. Truthfully I'm still pretty tender from my stomach down. So far it seems to be working. It's a trial and error in learning how much my tummy needs, when I need to take it and I'm not exactly sure how ofter or when I'm to take it.
I have been mixing the packs into a tsp. of apple sauce prior to eating a meal. I t really seems to have calmed down my urgency after eating with explosive looseness of the bowels. But I'm still experiencing only having a normal movement once every 3-4 days. I'm sure for all the years my guts have been so screwed up, it's not going to get better overnight!!! But I do like the fact I'm using "natural" ingredients instead of chemical substances. I will be happy to rate you with a 5 star next review once I learn my schedule, but I'm on the right path!

This has helped a great deal with IBS issues I've been having. It took awhile to figure out how much to use, and after a couple of weeks I found the right daily dose. It mixes easily in room temperature liquid with a whisk, and then you can either heat it (e.g., for tea) or put it in smoothies, etc. The flavor isn't affected.

Packaging change is not good.

Heather's Pepperming tea bags are great!
I've used these tea bags before and I do like them, they give you a strong cup of tea and I do get enough gas at times, so this helps alleviate that problem! There was a mishap with the speed of delivery, but at least I got it for the time I needed it, before prepping for a colonoscopy. I do appreciate that I have been able to send an email to them, from her emails she sends. Talking to them has helped a lot! Thank you, Heather and Tara!

i've only been using it for about 2 weeks.
