| This fiber has really helped with my IBS-D. It has certainly calmed things. I rarely have "emergency" events anymore, and if so, it's usually because I have been bad (food-wise). I take it every evening with my fennel tea. It is a little tricky regarding water absorption, but I've learned to let it sit while my tea is steeping, and it dissolves beautifully. | |
