If, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased through this website, simply return it with the invoice for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. There is no time limit. It does not matter if the product is open or used.

Please return books and other media in good condition.

You are welcome to return just part of an order, such as one or two items from a kit, for a partial refund. You do not have to return an order in full if you would like to keep some but not all of the products. You will be refunded for whatever products you return.

Please return the item with the purchase invoice if possible. Please include a brief reason for the return so that we may continually improve our services and products. Returns will normally be processed in 7 to 10 business days after receipt. If you provided an email address with your order you will be emailed a refund confirmation.

Private IBS coaching sessions with Heather are non refundable.
