Mail Orders

If you do not wish to order over the internet but would like to use a credit card, you can order toll free by phone in the USA by calling 1-866-640-4942. For foreign orders please call our office directly at 1-206-264-8069. If you do not have a credit card, you may place a mail order. Please use the order form provided below.

If you have trouble determining the correct dollar amount for your order please contact us and we will help you. Checks or money orders received for amounts greater than the actual invoice amounts will not have the overage refunded, so please be sure you send a check or money order for the correct amount due.
