| This fiber has really helped with my IBS-D. It has certainly calmed things. I rarely have "emergency" events anymore, and if so, it's usually because I have been bad (food-wise). I take it every evening with my fennel tea. It is a little tricky regarding water absorption, but I've learned to let it sit while my tea is steeping, and it dissolves beautifully. | |

| Chronic Constipation GONE! | |
| I take 2 tsp with breakfast and 2 tsp with dinner and have done so for 4 months. I no longer suffer with chronic constipation. I felt better within the first two weeks. I didn't have a problem with lack of fiber, I eat a whole food diet full of plant fiber. Previous to this, I had tried chia seeds and psyllium, both fully hydrated in water. Both constipated me worse than I was! I am forever grateful for finding this tummy fiber. I will continue taking it for as long as I need it. | |
