| Before I found the soluble fiber I was a mess. Pain constantly, but if I tried insoluble fiber, like Miralax or Metamucil it turned into a feast or famine situation. I would go from one extreme to the other. Heather's acacia fiber keeps me steady and eliminated a lot of my pain. | |
