| Have had IBS D for decades. Morphed into IBS Mixed after Covid and then volvulus correction surgery. Psyllium, methcellulose, and polycarbonate after many, many failed trials and feeling dismissed by family doc and slightly by GI group led me back to Heather. Wheat dextram didn't seem worth trying and I used the peppermint caps on and off over time. And yes, no bloating, no excessive gas or abdominal discomfort. Can add to liquids and I can add to yogurt and rice dishes, no problem! Sorry I waited so long to try it. Thanks! | |

| I used this for years and then it was not available on Amazon anymore so I tried two other brands. Both times I was disappointed as I did not have the same results . One even had a strange chemical taste. So I went back to ordering it from Heathers website directly. There is no substitution to this. Highly recommend. | |
