Works so much better than any other fiber solution I have tried. My bloating has gone down as well as the sensitivity of my IBS. My only complaint is that it doesn't desolve in liquids well at all. Doesn't matter the temp. I like to have it with my morning coffee (iced or hot) and it's annoying with the chunks, but still would use this over anything else I have tried. Works that well for me

I sprinkle it on my breakfast, and then I dissolve my daily dose in water (the key to getting it to totally dissolve is letting it sit long enough in room temperature water) while also brewing a strong dose of peppermint tea, and when both are ready I mix them together in a large insulated mug and sip throughout the day.

I had 6 weeks of pelvic radiation a year ago. Heather's Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal is the best at dissolving and tastes much nicer than competing products
Much of the gum acacia sold is really processed for other than food uses and will not fully dissolve and results in a very cloudy mixture with lumps and insoluble material. I use Heathers for preparing a thickened fully dissolved gum for my supplement drinks and it has always worked to fully dissolve in hot water and remain soluble when stored cold. Recommended.

Great product but this batch is different
I use Heather's Tummy Care acacia tree fiber daily and it is very helpful to me. This last batch doesn't dissolve as well. I don't know why but it clumps more in room temp liquid than previous batches did. I have trouble getting it to mix. But, otherwise, no complaints.

After dealing with gastritis and SIBO for several years, I went through treatment & tried other fibers, only to feel just as bad. I use this 2 x daily. It helps with my bloating.
I use very little fiber on advice from my GI doctor. I have IBD which is an umbrella for Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease. This is totally different from IBS so very little fiber is favorable for my disease. However, the Acacia gives me some relief with bloating.

In the years that I have been using the acacia fiber, never once have I detected a quality issue. Sad to lose the convenience of it being for sale on Amazon but I can't survive without it so I have become used to ordering from the website. Very good customer service. Best tummy fiber on the market specifically for IBS symptoms.
I suffer from occasional flare-ups of IBS. But the flare-ups can last anywhere from a week to two weeks,and sometimes even longer. So for me Heathers Tummy Fiber has been a godsend. I always try to make sure I have it on hand.

I have IBSC but most treatments are too strong and then throw me into IBSD. Heather's Tummy Care with a magnesium supplement has been more predictable and normal. It allows me more freedom to do things and not have IBS control my life.
