| This acacia fiber is just as Heather has described--it has been very helpful for my gut. I've gradually increased my dose as she recommends, and I think I've finally gotten to the amount I need. I have mixed the Tummy Fiber with water on a 1 tsp. to 1 tablespoon water ratio so that I always have about one cup of liquified Tummy Fiber ready in a jar in the frig. This makes it super-convenient to put a tablespoon of the liquid (equivalent to about 2 grams fiber) into drinks or soup. Yes--I am very pleased with Heather's Tummy Fiber, and I will order it again on a regular basis. | |

After building up by teaspoons, she no longer has this problem and enjoys eating without having to go to the bathroom after every meal. | I discovered Heather many years ago. The advice I received on the website and in her book was invaluable after undergoing gal bladder surgery. Many of the concepts are still with me today (as well as the medication highlighted in a box in the book).
