| I truly don't know what I would do without these packets! Not one Dr., nor specialist could/would identify my issue. | My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. I have used the Acacia Tummy Fiber most of the last 10 years...and when I don't, things eventually get out of balance again and the troublesome symptoms re-emerge. If you want to be more comfortable physically, and have IBS be a less disruptive influence in your life. You should buy the Tummy Fiber! And the little travel pouches are very useful when I travel (when disruption of many patterns makes it more likely that the IBS symptoms we intensify). | |

| Tummy fiber and peppermint pills are awesome, but I had to start using a different brand when they were having trouble getting the peppermint. Latest experience getting fiber took weeks because their shipment was delayed due to weather. I'm sure it was frustrating for them but maybe they could reevaluate inventory control. I had to contact them for delivery dates when product didn'tshow up, they didn't reach out to tell me there was a problem. | |
