Works so much better than any other fiber solution I have tried. My bloating has gone down as well as the sensitivity of my IBS. My only complaint is that it doesn't desolve in liquids well at all. Doesn't matter the temp. I like to have it with my morning coffee (iced or hot) and it's annoying with the chunks, but still would use this over anything else I have tried. Works that well for me

I sprinkle it on my breakfast, and then I dissolve my daily dose in water (the key to getting it to totally dissolve is letting it sit long enough in room temperature water) while also brewing a strong dose of peppermint tea, and when both are ready I mix them together in a large insulated mug and sip throughout the day.

Heather's Tummy Fiber and Tummy Tamers
Both are excellent, as usual. Doctor suggested Benefiber but Heather's Tummy Fiber works much better for me. Doctor also suggested Iberogast but Tummy Tamers seem to be gentler and I only take them as needed. Iberogast appears to be much stronger than I need.

I had 6 weeks of pelvic radiation a year ago. Heather saved me from constant pain.
Before I found the soluble fiber I was a mess. Pain constantly, but if I tried insoluble fiber, like Miralax or Metamucil it turned into a feast or famine situation. I would go from one extreme to the other. Heather's acacia fiber keeps me steady and eliminated a lot of my pain.

Heather's Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal is the best at dissolving and tastes much nicer than competing products
Much of the gum acacia sold is really processed for other than food uses and will not fully dissolve and results in a very cloudy mixture with lumps and insoluble material. I use Heathers for preparing a thickened fully dissolved gum for my supplement drinks and it has always worked to fully dissolve in hot water and remain soluble when stored cold. Recommended.

Manu unsuccessful fiber experiences
Have had IBS D for decades. Morphed into IBS Mixed after Covid and then volvulus correction surgery. Psyllium, methcellulose, and polycarbonate after many, many failed trials and feeling dismissed by family doc and slightly by GI group led me back to Heather. Wheat dextram didn't seem worth trying and I used the peppermint caps on and off over time. And yes, no bloating, no excessive gas or abdominal discomfort. Can add to liquids and I can add to yogurt and rice dishes, no problem! Sorry I waited so long to try it. Thanks!

This fiber has literally changed my life!

She ensured that my order arrived within the time window that it needed to and her message to me was full of genuine kindness and caring. One of the things that I like about Heather's Acacia Senegal fiber is that it's been tested for salicylates and it has been identified as low salicylate. This information is important to me because I have salicylate sensitivity. When I placed this order I was so happy that Heather finally had Tummy Fiber back in stock. Unfortunately when the order arrived I discovered that this first batch of fiber was milled to a finer consistency than it usually is and it's more difficult to dissolve in liquids. The letter that came with the order apologized for this situation and said that it would be a temporary change in the product. Given everything that Heather has had to go through this year in terms of sourcing this product, I feel that the altered consistency is a small sacrifice to have to deal with! I look forward to ordering more Tummy Fiber in the future, and I'm sure by then it will be back to its normal texture.

Lost Along the Way
I recently ordered Heather's Tummy Fiber Travel Packets for a trip. Panic set in when I discovered I had lost the bag I was carrying them in somewhere along the way. Maneuvering airports and car rental facilities is not easy these days!! Thankfully I was able to follow all of Heather's advice for how to eat while traveling and had no major problems. I have IBS-D, and Heather's Tummy Fiber stopped my bloating and completely decreased my stomach aches!
I tried other fiber products, but then I came across Heather's tummy fiber so I watched the video about it. Everything the video says is true! I have been buying products from you for about 10 years now and have loved them. I know you're having a tough time and I'm trying to be patient as things get back to normal. I hated the last consistency of the shipment before last because it was vey grainy. This shipment is more like flour. I am hoping you get it back to the way it's been for years. This shipment was also disappointing because one of the bags wasn't sealed properly and about a quarter of the bag was all over my other products.

Order timeliness.
I was disappointed with how long this order took, although I realize some things are beyond your control. We were given a date for the pre order that changed several times.
