Love this product
I found Heather's site and her products shortly after she started online. I've used this Tummy Fiber since then, twice a day without fail. I have IBS-C and it has helped me tremendously. I also love the fact that it is pure Senegal fiber and has absolutely no added chemicals, dyes, additives that can be harmful to my body. It's so easy to take every morning and evening. So convenient when traveling
I've used these little packets several times now when I travel and will be away from home for days. They can be opened without scissors easily, they have 1 tsp in each packet, they are small and don't take up much space. They are much nicer in a suitcase or carryon instead of the big container I use at home. Plus, I don't have to worry about the container getting jostled around and possibly getting jarred open and then have the acacia all over everything, not to mention the extra space the big container takes up. I can easily tear open how ever many packets I need/use per use and pour them into the small opening of a water bottle as I'm on the go if need be. Shake it up good and drink it down all while still on my way somewhere! So convenient and handy! And full of the same great quality of Senegal Fiber! Love using them!

I was diagnosed with IBS-D when I was 50. Thankfully in my extensive online research I found Heather and learned the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber and began taking acacia fiber. Game changing life saver
For the last 3 years I have been trying to figure my gut out...new 'getting older' food allergies, IBS (maybe?), finding the right fiber (who knew?)...I dont eat enough food or fiber...and after trying a few different Heather products for other symptoms (that are great) I tried the Acacia. Never knew it existed. I followed the instructions and know my daily dose. It's the difference between normal, healthy bowels and well...the other kind. I just bought a year's worth. My doctor actually recommended this specific fiber to me for IBS. I was amazed at how much better I tolerated it over any other fiber supplement. I sprinkle it over or into many food and don't even notice it's there; even on tacos! I mix it into cereal, soup, stew...anything with enough moisture to soak it up and never know it existed. But my body knows and is happier for it. I will notice when I don't have any for a couple of days. Very helpful for malabsorption syndrome
I have IBS and malabsorption from having a portion of my ileum resected. I've found that just 1 tsp. of Heather's Fiber twice a day usually will prevent diarrhea. Finding the right dose is the key. If I take too much, it can be constipating, too little and the diarrhea returns. It seems to work well for me. It does take patience to find the correct amount that works, though.

I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!

I use two tablespoons of tummy fiber a day.

For fecal incontinence
Hello! We ordered this product for our son, who is 19 and on the Autism spectrum. He has had fecal incontinence, usually three episodes a day. Best product for constipation.
This product really works. I don't have IBS; I have gastroparesis where everything moves slowly through the digestive system. This product keeps things soft even when things get backed-up. Insoluble fiber is just as bad for gastroparesis as it is for IBS.

While I like this product a lot, I continue to need to use scissors to open them as many won't open by tearing. Also, they can be hard to dissolve completely at any temperature: I've tried very hot, hot, warm, and room temperature.

It works
I have been using since around 2011 and it helps with the pain of IBS - C. I also started giving to my 5.8lb long-haired chahuahua as she has always had a sensitive tummy and it has helped her so very much!!! I give it to my Cavalier King Charles as well because he had loose stools and now they both poop beautifully!!!!

So far it seems to be working. It's a trial and error in learning how much my tummy needs, when I need to take it and I'm not exactly sure how ofter or when I'm to take it.
I have been mixing the packs into a tsp. of apple sauce prior to eating a meal. I t really seems to have calmed down my urgency after eating with explosive looseness of the bowels. But I'm still experiencing only having a normal movement once every 3-4 days. I'm sure for all the years my guts have been so screwed up, it's not going to get better overnight!!! But I do like the fact I'm using "natural" ingredients instead of chemical substances. I will be happy to rate you with a 5 star next review once I learn my schedule, but I'm on the right path!

Acacia senegal fiber
This has helped a great deal with IBS issues I've been having. It took awhile to figure out how much to use, and after a couple of weeks I found the right daily dose. It mixes easily in room temperature liquid with a whisk, and then you can either heat it (e.g., for tea) or put it in smoothies, etc. The flavor isn't affected.

Packaging change is not good.
The pouch is not user friendly compared to the cylinder as it spills easily. Is it more ecological or cheaper to produce. Why can't I buy this on Amazon and get it faster?
