Been using for years
I was diagnosed 50 yrs ago with IBS - after suffering with it for 10 yrs before then. It's been a wild journey through life that not many can fathom. Lucky for them. A number of years ago while researching (once again) new info about IBS, I came across Heather's information and her recommendations. Once I began using her Fennel Tea, I've never gone without it. It's my morning tea most days. It's been very helpful for the regularity of my digestive system. This past year unfortunately, the Fennel Tea was out stock for quite a while and finally I researched other fennel teas and purchased another brand that was highly rated and was pure. After giving it a good try I packed it away because it was useless and a waste of money. I plan to just stick it in a donation box and maybe someone will get some use out of it. I've only been taking them first about 2 weeks.
They took a week and a half to arrive. I have to say I very been very pleased with how I'm feeling and that I'm pretty much only having about I BM a day sometimes 2. That's much better than the last 9 months on prescription medication . Constant diarrhea, nausea & pain. Truthfully I'm still pretty tender from my stomach down. I'm hoping that will get better with time . Over all I'm very pleased & told my GI Dr about them.

So far it seems to be working. It's a trial and error in learning how much my tummy needs, when I need to take it and I'm not exactly sure how ofter or when I'm to take it.
I have been mixing the packs into a tsp. of apple sauce prior to eating a meal. I t really seems to have calmed down my urgency after eating with explosive looseness of the bowels. But I'm still experiencing only having a normal movement once every 3-4 days. I'm sure for all the years my guts have been so screwed up, it's not going to get better overnight!!! But I do like the fact I'm using "natural" ingredients instead of chemical substances. I will be happy to rate you with a 5 star next review once I learn my schedule, but I'm on the right path!

This has helped a great deal with IBS issues I've been having. It took awhile to figure out how much to use, and after a couple of weeks I found the right daily dose. It mixes easily in room temperature liquid with a whisk, and then you can either heat it (e.g., for tea) or put it in smoothies, etc. The flavor isn't affected.
