| I started drinking Fennel and Mint leaf tea about 2 weeks ago hoping to help with my constipation. First day, there was no noticeable result but there was movement in my stomach and intestines. I continued drinking for 3 days, and by end of 2nd day, stool has become softer and easier to eliminate. I drink this first thing in the morning when I wake up and throughout the day. | This is a soothing tea, which I drink at least 4-5 cups a day. Interestingly enough, the tea bags appear to no longer be biodegradable - they are made of a cloth mesh. But the flavor comes through. Also the size of the tea bags aren't as large as before. Maybe with the mesh tea bag the amt of tea can be less. Still great flavor. And great medicinal qualities. | |||||

| My favorite products, however, are the tummy fiber and peppermint oil supplements. Using Heather's specific instructions on how to take the proper amount of tummy fiber for my severe IBS-D, I have literally had no diarrhea for the past 4 months. The peppermint supplements are wonderful to calm my colon contractions and they help with pain as well. I started the IBS diet on Jan. 1, 2019 after reading about it on Heather's website. I bought the IBS books(first year and cookbook) in February, and now I can leave the house again to go places. DAILY. I am able to exercise daily. I have lost 60 lbs. and I wasn't even trying to lose weight!! By cutting out red meat, dairy and high fats, and by balancing my soluble/insoluble fiber intake, I feel so much better now!!!! I don't miss the food I no longer eat, because my stomach and colon pain is so much less now! THANK YOU HEATHER!!!!!! | |
