Order timeliness.
I was disappointed with how long this order took, although I realize some things are beyond your control. We were given a date for the pre order that changed several times. It also seems not to mix up as well as it used to, not sure if the formula has changed. I will continue to purchase as it has worked well for my ibs, although being out of it for over a month was trying to say the least.
