I brew a 32 oz. thermos full in the morning and add hot water to it all day long - I have to use four teabags but it lasts me all day and night and I refill my thermos three times during the day/night with boiling water. | These are the very best, strongest peppermint tea bags I've found. I grow peppermint, but can't grow it to be this high in volatile oils. I was SO happy to be able to get them now in the pouch so as to have less waste in the form of the canisters.
