Fennel Tea Bags
I was concerned about trying Fennel due to following a Low Fodmap Diet. Heather assured me others, like herself have used the tea with no adverse side effects. i am on my 2nd Jumbo bag of the & I like it! The fennel organic tea is very good
I think it has changed though. It seems like it's not as strong tasting as it used to be. But saying that, it is still a very good quality fennel tea.

Eases Gas, Bloating and Constipation
When I first bought the Fennel Tummy Teabags, I drank the tea only when I had a gassy or upset stomach. The relief was immediate. After having anesthesia for a surgical procedure, the constipation was unbearable. Great product, a life saver
The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Now that I follow Heather's recommendations which foods to avoid and drinking fennel tea regularly I do not experience that much discomfort and can allow to indulge time to time. Thank you!
