I have a daily morning tea of both fennel and peppermint which helps me stay on an even keel. Fennel also helps calm my stomach when I have bloating or cramps. I order in bulk so I don't run out. I depend on my fennel tea. It's great!

The answer to a prayer
Heathers whole fennell seed tea bags and Acacia Fiber are essential to my health. They are the only products that truly calm the effects of my IBS. Earlier this year, on a whim, I tried other products (from Amazon). Those products didn't supply the relief that I receive when using Heathers' products. I shall never experiment again!!!

Fennel Tea
This tea is amazing in helping with the bloating after eating a meal. I also find that drinking the tea when I develop bloating or stomach pains when I have anxiety helps prevent things from getting worse. I highly recommend this great quality fennel tea to deal with your symptoms.
