| I felt very fortunate to find this site. I got the book which is somewhat helpful- the fennel tea- which is a little helpful. I put a lot of stake in the peppermint caps. I found IB guard while waiting for my shipment to come & the improvement was remarkable. My caps came- & I thought they would be even better( less expensive too!). Halfway thru the first bottle, I started to backslide & the pain returned. I was heartbroken & upset. I looked at the ingredients more carefully & see SUCROSE. Why? Is probably in the capsule, but why?? One thing I did determine is I can have no artificial sweetener of any kind. I just assumed someone as careful about what they eat as you would be immaculately careful. I switched back to IB guard & am on the upswing again. So disappointed in your product | |||||

| My son has had extreme stomach issues for years. He has had 28 esophageal dilations since 2017 due to acid coming up. He is 17 and since he was a toddler he would throw up almost every night, and then after all the dilations he developed what appeared to be gastroenoparesis and his stomach would swell up and he would get violently sick. We heard of peppermint oil pills through a doctor to help with these issues and I am so happy to say that these pills have changed our sons life, we thank God for this - we know He has ultimately worked for us through Heathers tummy tamers to make our sons life better, and we are so happy about it! My son is Down Syndrome and he is very picky about things, but he makes sure he takes these pills daily because he realizes how much they have helped him. | I wanted the peppermint caps and ordered this instead. I didn't use it and that's okay. Just my stupidity. Next time I order from you, I will get the peppermint capsules with the prebiotics powder, which isn't too far off. I really have found the powder useful and it has cured my diarrhea at 4 tablespoons, twice a day. If I were to suggest anything, I would say start out the dosages of the powder at a higher amount, so the patient doesn't get too discouraged along the way and give up. My daughter takes the powder and told me I was taking too little at a time to be effective, so I went directly to a tablespoon, twice a day, working my way up to 4 tablespoons twice a day, to do the trick. I had almost come to the point where I wanted to give up on the product, before my daughter intervened. | |
