Your peppermint tea is strong and delicious! Your fennel is as well. Ok. I'm kinda lying because I don't love fennel's taste, but it really is healing for my IBS, and yours is stronger than the other brands I was using. Thank you!

The peppermint tea and capsules are the best. The tea especially is so much better then bought in stores. There are some in the stores that are good, but Heather's is the best and works quickly to soothe those symptoms. Thanks so much for a great product and all of your products. I bought these to take on a cruise. I had been having off and on flares for several months and was afraid they would continue on my trip. Ive been using the tea and capsules twice a day along with the tummy fiber. I am being careful with my diet but have allowed myself some iffy things. So far so good. I am very pleased with all of Heather's products. I am also grateful for how quickly I received my products!

This tea is a godsend when the attacks flare. What used to last several hours is down to less then a half hour! Not the best tasting because it is medicinal BUT amazing at soothing the colon and allowing me to resume normal life or sleep!

Ordered the fennel and peppermint, and they are both the highest quality teas I've ever used. With IBS you need something very powerful, and these do the trick better than any other teas I've tried. I use two bags in a normal cup, and leave them in while drinking. Also, package arrived faster than I ever expected. Easily 5-stars.

Peppermint Capsules
I have been using the peppermint capsules for only a short time (10 days), and have experienced a great improvement in my IBSD. Have noticed that as long as I watch my diet in addition to the capsules I feel good. I was feeling so good that I ate a jelly filled donut with thick peanut butter icing striped with chocolate 2 days ago and, believe me, I paid for giving in to temptation. I will continue using the capsules indefinitely. They are miraculous! Thank you, Heather.
