Does the trick
I followed the instructions and had increased motility pretty quickly. Very impressed with the product. It takes a little prep work to get it all dissolved but it's worth it. Will buy again!

I am disappointed in the “new� product It is a fine powder and clumps easily. I have used this for a few years and loved the old product. But this powdery one is not up to the old one. I think it works ok but I may have to check other vendors

Fast acting and effective
I ordered both the Tummy Fiber and peppermint oil caps. I had been in misery for months and after less than two weeks I began to experience relief. The doctor had me taking Miralax but it was not effective. I am glad I ordered Heather's Tummy Care.
