Completely solved my digestion issues

I suffered from IBS-D during my 20s & 30s. In my 40s & 50s it has been IBS-C. I have been on laxatives for the last 20 years. Fantastic!!!!!
I have taken tummy fiber since 2007. I ran out without realizing I was that low. I didn't have it for over a week. I maintained pretty well, but I could tell a 100% difference when I started taking it again. I have IBS-D. O will never run out again!
