| I have IBS and malabsorption from having a portion of my ileum resected. I've found that just 1 tsp. of Heather's Fiber twice a day usually will prevent diarrhea. Finding the right dose is the key. If I take too much, it can be constipating, too little and the diarrhea returns. It seems to work well for me. It does take patience to find the correct amount that works, though. | |

| I did some research and discovered this product on Amazon. The reviews persuaded me to purchase this for my Fiance who has ibs-c . When we first met 3 years ago, he was on the toilet for hours every single night in soooo much pain. I Really do mean hours, thats not an exaggeration. We started with diet change, We do not eat out at all, we cook all meals and we eat semi- gluten free, gas fed/organic meats, etc. we try to eat healthy. We added in digestive enzymes which he says helped greatly. Even with the diet change and digestive enzymes he was still frequently in and out of the restroom, but the pain did subside. We discovered Heather's tummy care and the first night, my fiance went to the restroom for about 30 mins and came back into the bed and did not go anymore that night. ITs been the same way Every night since then. On occasion he goes a second time, and then when he doesn't feel well, he may go multiple times. Every once in awhile he may eat something that just doesn't agree with him and he will go a few times. But He actually has his life back now. He no longer needs to carry extra clothes out of fear of having an accident. With his new freedom, he's even been able to run again, he ran 10 miles last week and has never felt better. Were actually planning camping and hiking trips, were actually able to go out on dates if we wanted, actually have adult time (which subsided a lot due to him always being in pain). He's actually starting to feel like himself again, and for that i am forever grateful for this company. | |

| I've been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a couple of years. It's tasteless and dissolves easily (you have to let it sit for a few minutes). I once tried another brand of acacia fiber and it was ok but Heathers is really a finely ground powder which makes it much nicer. | |
