| This tea helps with my painful IBS symptoms. It tastes really good too. It comes in little mesh pouches and feels like a clean, healthy way to help my stomach. I buy the 150 pouches pack to save a little bit and then I keep some in an air tight glass jar for easy access. I brew two pouches at a time when my symptoms are really painful so I go through them! | |
