| I have struggled with constipation my whole life and last year had a diagnosis of Collagenous Colitis. Traditional fiber products made my symptoms worse. I have used Heather's for 3 months. I followed the directions to slowly increase the dosage and stuck with it the first month out of desperation. Finally on month 2, I started to see results. Now, the constipation is gone and I am experiencing a new normal. My only complaint is that the product has a very narrow temperature range at which it will dissolve. But that is a minor inconvenience compared to the result. Thank you Heather's. I HIGHLY recommend this product! | |

| I have IBS with constipation and since using Tummy Fiber, I rarely have a problem anymore. My husband had to have half his colon removed. The Tummy Fiber helps him to avoid diarrhea most of the time. We both never want to live without it. Other fibers used to really bloat me and upset my stomach. This doesn't. I have had a problem with my bowels my entire life and now I rarely have a problem. I am so grateful for this product and Heather. I read all the great reviews and for a long time didn't try it because I thought it would be like everything else I have tried in the past, with more side effects than the problem. Finally, after a period of swings between diarrhea and constipation I decided to try it. I started slowly and then added a little more weekly until I had normal bowel movements. | I desperately wanted notice a difference. Didn't happen. I was taking 4 heaping TBLSPs and nothing changed. Also, the product was an absolute pain to work with. It never fully dissolved.....IN ANYTHING!!! I tried hot, cold, liquid, food, spoon, shaking, blender....always had a clump of white sticky gel. With the amount I was taking and needed a higher dose, too expensive to keep buying. The bright spot was the customer service. They were so encouraging and informative as to suggested uses and safety of the product. Very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately for me, this will be the 1st but last time I purchase this product, but I truly appreciate the customer service of this company!! | |
