| I have been buying products from you for about 10 years now and have loved them. I know you're having a tough time and I'm trying to be patient as things get back to normal. I hated the last consistency of the shipment before last because it was vey grainy. This shipment is more like flour. I am hoping you get it back to the way it's been for years. This shipment was also disappointing because one of the bags wasn't sealed properly and about a quarter of the bag was all over my other products. | |

| The Tummy Fiber was on back order and I was waiting but was getting very low. I called to see if I could get one bag to hold me over. The customer service representative I spoke with said the shipment had arrived that day and they would get my entire shipment out the next day if they could. If not they would get one bag out. I got an email the next day saying entire shipment was sent. Wonderful customer service. Tummy Fiber is a must have for anyone with IBS! | |
