| Trying out Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal | |
| I was diagnosed with spastic colon (IBS) in 1977, got it under control in 1980 with Librax and being careful what I ate. In the process I lost way too much weight, down to 92 lbs. at the age of 30. Was able to gain some weight back. Back then I had constipation problems. Fast forward to March 2015, I started having diarrhea on March 5 while I was in a store shopping. I came back to the IBS website that I hadn't been to since 2008. I was having diarrhea almost every day. I just started taking the Tummy Fiber about 2 weeks ago. I'm taking it twice a day (morning & evening). I'm taking a smaller amount than the directions because my colon is very sensitive. I'm taking 1-1/2 tsp. twice a day the past 5 days, tomorrow I'll start taking 2 tsp. twice a day. I am still having problems with diarrhea, but not as much. Before starting the fiber I was having diarrhea 1 to 2 times day, the past week it is down to about once every other day. I've read that it can take 3 to 4 weeks to get better when having diarrhea. I hope this works for me as I have been having to stay close to home and that is no way to live. | |

| The peppermint capsules are the first product I have ever found that settles my stomach. I take it before dinner and no longer have cramps, churning and gas after I eat. I can't say I enjoy the affects of the capsules, i.e., the warm sensation or the bitter flavor/sensation when they digest. But thankfully it doesn't last long. | I found your website when I needed it the most. I was at the end of my wits. The doctors did so many test and gave me pills after pills after pills none of them worked. I was suffering with severe spasms 24/7 never stopping. I was eating, sleeping, or even working. Nothing I did stopped them. Found this website and ordered the teas and books. I just want to say thank you for your products. The teas helped and the eating plan slowed the spasms but did not get rid of them until I read your book. On a page in your book you have a note that states if you had your gallbladder out and this started after that you do not need this book. You were so right the next day I called the specialist and asked her about that. She stated to me OH IM SORRY DID YOU HAVE YOUR GALLBLADDER REMOVED? I was so upset because she was the one who sent me to have it removed. So after any words she told me to go get the cholesterol pill, which binds the bile. | Helps some, but not what I expected | |||||
| I have always had a bad problem with gas. I have IBS(c)and I have been using the organic tummy fiber, which I think has helped a lot. I was hoping that by adding the Tummy Tamers I could stop the gas. It has helped some, but has not totally relieved the problem. I take 2/day - one first thing in morning and another around 4 in the afternoon. Even within an hour or so of taking the pill, I still have gas, so it makes me think it just isn't working for me. | |||||

| I currently take 2 tablespoons a day, and I've noticed a great difference in the intensity and length of my attacks since beginning this tummy fiber. While it doesn't help me with regularity as much, it does help with spasms and I am sincerely and eternally grateful for that! I mix it in my coffee in the morning (can't give up the morning cup) and my peppermint tea at night. Highly recommend! | |

| I take the peppermint capsule before my larger meal and it really helps. The fennel takes a little getting use to but it really helps with bloating feeling. I always drink one or two cups a day.
