| I had used this tea in the past to calm my diverticulitis. Loved the results! Recently, I went through voluntary withdrawal from Omeprazole. For those who have tried and succeeded, you know about the terrible side effects. They range from acid reflux to serious flu symptoms and everything in between. | Love everything in this package. The books are so informative and easy to read. The acacia powder is helping with my constipation problems. I take a teaspoon 3x a day in water. Dissolves completely and has no taste. I love the peppermint and fennel tea. I make a quart with one tea bag of each. Then add some ginger slices. It really settles my tummy. I sometimes add the acacia powder to a glass of cooled tea. I highly recommend this kit. | |

| I have found my journey with Heather's Tummy Care an EXCELLENT experience!!! I am dealing with IBS-C combined with Interstitial Cystitus (the later having flared up after catherization before gall bladder surgery last fall). It was VERY helpful to read that the IBS-C diet is the same as the IBS diet. I did not believe it at first... I finally had to come to terms with the dietary changes, despite the fact that I have had a high fiber diet for all my adult life. Saying good-bye to caffeene as suggested was a must; as the switch to low acid coffee was not sufficient. The caffene is the culpret. Now, the IBS-C and urethral burning have won the battle against my "need" for coffee, and my desire for chocolate. The intense urethral burning/irratation first surfaced 30 years ago. I recall eliminating regular coffee for about a year and substituting "KAVA" (can't find it now) for regular coffee (as well as all sodas). Oddly enough, I have stayed away from acidic foods and beverages to prevent an upset stomach since childhood. I DID eat, however, whole grains and Greek yogart every day for breakfast for YEARS without any trouble. About three years ago (age 57) I developed frequent constipation, more frequent stomache upset, and late afternoon heartburn. I could never understand WHY! Now at age 60 --having read your literature-- it's all starting to make sence. I will try to find an alternative yogart next. Thank you for shedding light on all these developments. The peppermint and fennel teas are wonderful, as are the peppermint caps. I just received the FIBER yesterday, so hopefully that will help a lot, too. I was using Arbonne's powdered fiber, but it did not consistantly help much. Maybe it is not soluable... don't know. I look forward to trying YOUR fiber starting tomorrow. | |

| I am a primary care physician and have many patients with IBS and other related GI problems. First recommendation - stop all dairy. If that doesn't work - stop all gluten. At the same time - use a refrigerated probiotics and get Heather's Tummy Acacia bark fiber. While it doesn't work for everyone - I'm getting very good results with a number of patients. | The main favorable result for me was a lessening of my constipation. However, after using 2 teabags a day for about 20 days, I had to stop for awhile. My stool was getting too soft. I'll go back to one teabag a day. I don't think it has helped my bloating, which started after colon repair 2 years ago. (I don't have IBS.) Since I don't care for licorice, I brewed the fennel tea bags first with peppermint tea bags, then with "Lemon Zinger." They both covered the fennel flavor very well. | Dramatically reduced my symptoms from interstitial cystitis! | |
| It has taken me over a year to figure out that my bladder symptoms were directly related to IBS. (Once I did, I found an interview with Heather online, that explain the link between interstitial cystitis and IBS.) I don't have the same, textbook symptoms of IBS as everyone else. Apparently my inflammation moves inward, and aggravates my bladder. I am following Heather's directions exactly, and have found a half a teaspoon in the morning after breakfast, as well as a half teaspoon after supper dramatically reduce my feelings of burning and constant sense of urgency. I can't thank you enough! I am still learning which foods to avoid, but I'm using the list in your pamphlet as a guide. Thank you for drastically increasing my quality-of-life! | The fiber supplement has calmed my body down and made my life much better! The diarrhea episodes are very few and far between...almost gone. Still experience some constipation but it is much less common. I feel better. There is still some occasional abdominal pain but it is much less common.
