| My doctor recommended that I take Peppermint oil for IBS, and gave me some samples of a popular over the counter product. | I discovered Heather many years ago. The advice I received on the website and in her book was invaluable after undergoing gal bladder surgery. Many of the concepts are still with me today (as well as the medication highlighted in a box in the book). Fast forward many years: when my now young-adult daughter was diagnosed with severe constipation, I immediately thought of Heather and the Tummy Fiber as an alternative to the over-the-counter chemicals they recommended she ingest. | I have ibs mixed. Have been taking 2 peppermint oil capsules a day for about 6 wks. I switched from fiber supplement I had been using about a mont ago to the acacia supplement. My tummy is feeling better. So far have had only one episode of bend over double cramping and diarrhea a couple of wks into it. Taking some trial and error with the constipation but feel optimistic I'll get there. After a lot of yrs, and meds that didn't help, feel finally on right track. | Started taking this last year after a particularly difficult digestive period. Got up to 2 tablespoons per day and have been more stable than I have ever been since my symptoms started years ago. I do take a digestive enzyme as well as a low FODMAP diet, and I take strides to keep my stress levels at a minimum, but this fiber is what made everything come together. I went from nightmarish multiple BM's a day to once daily solid BM. So grateful that a product like this is readily available and for a relatively low price as well. Please don't change this, it's perfect as it is! | |

| I am so grateful for Healther's products and videos. I went for a long time without a flare up but then it hit. I use the peppermint tummy tea with her acacia powder in the evening before bed. | I will not blow smoke at you about this Fiber product, the truth is from the bottom of my heart, and my ever-suffering gut is this is the very best fiber anyone could ever use for what people like myself have Colitis Inflammation. I just got this diagnosis after suffering for many years; I don't know why it took so long. I had colostomy surgery in Sept 2020, and I still had flare-ups that were so bad I ended up in the ER.
