| I wanted the peppermint caps and ordered this instead. I didn't use it and that's okay. Just my stupidity. Next time I order from you, I will get the peppermint capsules with the prebiotics powder, which isn't too far off. I really have found the powder useful and it has cured my diarrhea at 4 tablespoons, twice a day. If I were to suggest anything, I would say start out the dosages of the powder at a higher amount, so the patient doesn't get too discouraged along the way and give up. My daughter takes the powder and told me I was taking too little at a time to be effective, so I went directly to a tablespoon, twice a day, working my way up to 4 tablespoons twice a day, to do the trick. I had almost come to the point where I wanted to give up on the product, before my daughter intervened. | |

The other major difference is that it is the very large leaf size (cut and sift grade)...when I brew it, I don't end up with a lot of loose tiny tea leaf pieces in my tea (i use an tea ball/infuser), I use this as an anti-histamine and it works very well. | |

| My doctor recommended that I take Peppermint oil for IBS, and gave me some samples of a popular over the counter product. | I lucked out when I was drawn to the ad for Heather's tummy teas. I am pleased with the attractive packaging and amount received at a very reasonable price. Most of all I am pleased with the fact that it really makes a big difference. I am having much less pain and diarrhea than I did before. | I've stopped taking doctor prescribed Miralax and now take 2-3 tablespoons of Acacia powder. I've had 1-2 good size bowel movements a day, with minimal lower abdominal pains. Will start taking the peppermint capsules also. Thanks. | |

| I Will Never Buy Acacia Senegal Fiber Elsewhere Again | |
| I purchased another mfr brand of this fiber thru the major online retailer so many of use. I could tell right away it looked different as I put it into the can I had from Heather's. The other brand was gummy and bitter and I was constantly having stomach cramping and pain again which I did not have with Heather's!! I will never try to substitute Heather's high quality and dependable products with anyone else's. They are NOT the same! The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating for shipping is because they were backordered for a couple weeks but I can see why that might be. Maybe other people have figured out it's the best also. | |

| I discovered Heather many years ago. The advice I received on the website and in her book was invaluable after undergoing gal bladder surgery. Many of the concepts are still with me today (as well as the medication highlighted in a box in the book). Fast forward many years: when my now young-adult daughter was diagnosed with severe constipation, I immediately thought of Heather and the Tummy Fiber as an alternative to the over-the-counter chemicals they recommended she ingest.
