| I've never had an official diagnosis but have been having stomach problems for the past 7 years, seemingly triggered by a stressful event. | I have ibs mixed. Have been taking 2 peppermint oil capsules a day for about 6 wks. I switched from fiber supplement I had been using about a mont ago to the acacia supplement. My tummy is feeling better. So far have had only one episode of bend over double cramping and diarrhea a couple of wks into it. Taking some trial and error with the constipation but feel optimistic I'll get there. After a lot of yrs, and meds that didn't help, feel finally on right track. Also on 35th day of 100 day hypnotherapy program. | |

| Started taking this last year after a particularly difficult digestive period. Got up to 2 tablespoons per day and have been more stable than I have ever been since my symptoms started years ago. I do take a digestive enzyme as well as a low FODMAP diet, and I take strides to keep my stress levels at a minimum, but this fiber is what made everything come together. I went from nightmarish multiple BM's a day to once daily solid BM. So grateful that a product like this is readily available and for a relatively low price as well. | I've taken fiber for years to help with my IBS but have been taking psyllium husk (I now know through reading Heather's information that psyllium may have been adding to my IBS troubles). I was worried this would be gritty, not taste good, or have an odor. I love this fiber! Absolutely no taste or odor! It dissolves in water completely (stir, wait a minute, stir again). I'm still gradually increasing my dose trying to reach the optimum for my needs- but it has helped already and I'm only on my 2nd week. | IBS-D Improvements in Just 24 hours | |
| I have tried many things to help ease my IBS-D with very limited positive results, until I stumbled on this Acacia Senegal. I was skeptical based on my experience with other products but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised if not shocked to experience some noticeable relief within the first day, taking just 1/2 teaspoon twice daily. Now a few weeks into using Acacia, my symptoms are much better and I can finally feel a bit more confident leaving the house without worrying. While I imagine results vary for each individual, for me, the relief is real and was very fast; and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons daily seems to be all I need. I will definitely continue using Acacia Senegal and am thankful that I learned about it. If you have IBS-D I strongly recommend giving this a try. For those concerned about some reviewers saying they have trouble getting the powder to fully dissolve, I have discovered (sort of by accident as I got distracted by the kids one morning after the first stir) that stirring in the powder the first time and then letting it sit for more like 10 minutes, the Acacia is completely dissolved. I give it a quick second stir after the 10 minutes and there is no sign of any powder or gel like some others have described. Try it! | |

| This is a very large bag and so I transferred the contents into two different containers. I then put the containers in the frig to ensure freshness. The peppermint smells great and fresh. I use a glass tea pot by Bodum that I found in Goodwill Industries thrift shop for only $3.99. It has a tea strainer and a French Press type plunger. I put two round tablespoons of tea into the strainer lined with a coffee filter to eliminate the mess that otherwise results from loose tea. I put the tea-filled strainer into the post, fill it with water, put the pot into the microwave to heat up the water for 10 mins. By that time, the tea has steeped and is ready to drink hot. I have one pot daily in evening while eating dinner or after dinner. It has helped me with IBS. I appreciate that this very fresh peppermint tea really does work. I recommend this product. | |

| I have both constipation and diarrhea. Heathers peppermint caps helped so decided to switch my fiber caps for this acacia. Follow the Facebook group so started 1/4 tsp 2X daily and working up to 1/2 tsp 2X daily. It seems to be helping stabilize me. | |

| I was concerned about trying Fennel due to following a Low Fodmap Diet. | I have had IBS for 32 years ever since I had my first baby. I have learned to "live" with it kinda with your very very helpful diet tips and yoga. Last year I had to get my gallbladder removed which made eating a nightmare. Without your tummy fiber I would not be able to eat or digest any food. The healthcare industry really doesn't understand what the pain and embarrassment IBS can cause. I'm thankful to you everyday!! | |
