| My IBS flare ups had subsided until just a few months ago when it started again. I had not taken the Tummy Fiber and as a result it expired on my counter. My IBS symptoms really got a hold of me. I ordered the fiber and within 3 days it was in my mailbox. I thought it was crushed because the mail carrier just "made" it fit. Anyway, thanks that it was not a can, everything was okay. Started taking it at once and by the second dose I felt some kind of relief. As of the writing of this email, my symptoms have gone down to a level of civility. I do have a question, when all returns to normal, do I need to continue to take the fiber or will this be an on going thing for life? Anyway, I recommend the fiber 100%. | I have been struggling with IBS for several years. My flare ups coincide with travel especially. Lately it can be a small day trip even. Using the fiber has helped me with the urgency and frequency and cramps ( the peppermint pills helped also with cramps). I bought the travel fiber packets and bring those with a small cup and water bottle when I go anywhere for several hours or more. I used to treat the IBS with over the counter remedies, which were worked but can't be used frequently. This is natural. I use it everyday - morning and evening and extra when I'm going out or traveling. I am so grateful- thank you! | |

| I was on prescription medicine for my IBS for years, and got tired of the side effects, so I switched to herbal pills. It worked for a long time, but I got to the point where I was taking 17 herbal pills daily! I weaned myself off of all my medicine when I started Heather's Tummy Care Acacia Senegal, and am now ONLY taking the Acacia! I wake up feeling wonderful and am actually hungry! I'm not a breakfast eater due to the bloating and gas I used to have in the mornings, but for the first time in years, I'm eating breakfast again! I seem to do really well at the 1/2 teaspoon twice daily. I am learning to eat low fat, and healthy now, and healthy eating paired with the Acacia have me feeling my absolute best I've felt in years! Praise the Lord that this works so well! Thank you Heather for having such wonderful products at such great prices! | |

| Great ideas and recipes although I was looking for faster and simpler ideas, too. | |
| I also have GERD so some of these recipes require ingredients that I can't tolerate such as tomato products of any form. BUT...as a suggestion to others, I discovered Papa Vince tomato sauce on Amazon and I can substitute any of the recipes that require tomato ingredients with this sauce. It has had the acid removed and for the first time in years I can eat foods and prepare recipes like the ones in this new cookbook. Thank you for this compilation of great recipes. | |

| This is a very nice cookbook. Lots of options for cooks like me, who don't have tons of experience. Regular cookbook rely so much on frying. We can't eat that way and be safe! Some recipes build on others so you can get comfortable with techniques and then branch out. It's great having an entire arsenal of safe foods. The recipes are pretty adaptable for celiac sufferers, too. That is good for me and my family. There might be a few more shrimp recipes than necessary, but that's a minor complaint. The Jamaican chicken is so good. I am loving the simple rice porridge for days when nothing agrees with me. Haven't gotten to the desserts yet, but look out! This book is a good value for the number of recipes you get. | |

| Before this I would take dose after dose of Pepto, hoping it would stop my flare-ups of IBS-D. It would only work for an hour or two, and was unpredictable. This actually stops it reliably and allows me to live without fear. Takes time to figure out how much to take and not to take too much(!). Have been a customer for 10 years or more. Can't live without this stuff. | |

| Helpful for flares of IBS cramps. I can't have too much peppermint due to reflux, so I get this. I can feel the cramps relax when I drink it. Very good. Happy to have this as an option. | |
