| Much of the gum acacia sold is really processed for other than food uses and will not fully dissolve and results in a very cloudy mixture with lumps and insoluble material. I use Heathers for preparing a thickened fully dissolved gum for my supplement drinks and it has always worked to fully dissolve in hot water and remain soluble when stored cold. Recommended. | |
