| I've had IBS for a number of years. It would come on when I least expected it. I missed going to events because of diarrhea. I found Heather's Tummy Care and read what she suggested. I've purchased the Arcacia Fiber, which I add to my coffee every morning. It works and very rarely have diarrhea. And if I do, I take Heather's Peppermint Oil tablets! | I have been taking the Tummy Fiber for 2 years. It was recommended to me by a Kaiser dietician. Yes, can you believe that?! I was struggling with diverticulosis pretty bad in 2024. 3 rounds of antibiotics....anyone that has this knows what I am taking about. I started this and have had zero issues.
