| Heather's Tummy Fiber works very well for me. The constipation/diarrhea problem is gone, and the painful gut cramps as well. I bought some for my brother, and forwarded the information about diarrhea after having the gall bladder removed, since he has had his gall bladder removed, and now is having this problem. I can see that Heather wants to help us with high quality products, so I come back here even though there are cheaper acacia powders out there. It's not worth the risk of pain to even try them. Some say a happy wife means a happy life, well I can say from first hand experience that a happy gut means a happy life, too. | |

I use a French press so I can make a strong batch up daily, and I generally drink it iced with a little sugar. | More than just IBS | |
| Like many people who have IBS, I have gone through the gauntlet of medical tests, months of abdominal pain, headaches and other issues linked to IBS. Out of the multitude of physicians I consulted, I am thankful for two physicians. Dr. TJB and Dr. TL (initials only-both licensed gastro's). | I really do not see any noticeable difference and I'm almost to the bottom of the canister. Adding it to food wasn't appealing and mixing it with water wasn't much better. It never fully dissolves no matter how long it sits or I stir it. I do not have the typical constipation or diarrhea, but gas, bloating, pain and food intolerance. | I have suffered with GI problems for years and last year I finally decided to get tests done to see if anything major was wrong. Luckily nothing was found and I was diagnosed with IBS. It took me a full year after being diagnosed to do some research. I don't know if I was in denial or what but I was sick of being home all the time with fear of not having a bathroom close by. I purchased some Peppermint Oil pills and was amazed how they worked. I used them for a few weeks. I ended up getting this kit so I could try the other products too. I have a problem drinking the fennel tea, it's not something that tastes good to me but I really want to like it. The peppermint tea works almost instantly if I need it, thankfully it's rare I even need it. I just took a vacation and was so nervous about my stomach. I had 1 episode during the week which I admit, it wasn't a healthy eating week. I was able to have a couple adult beverages which is a miracle seeing as I gave up drinking alcohol a couple years ago. I just turned 30 so this is a great way to start a new chapter of my life. IBS had taken over my life and now I think I finally have my life back. Thank you Heather! | |

| Spoke to a woman on the phone that I was returning the peppermint caps. because they contained soy oil. She was very plesant and said that it was no problem and I could return them without a problem. I have mailed the caps. back and traced the package they were received on July2. I put a note in the package that I would like them replaced with the tummy fiber and am waiting to hear back at this point. | |||||

| Your customer service people are the best! I used the fennel tea and the peppermint tea. I have not tried the acacia fiber at all. The peppermint oil made my urine sting and irritated my esophagus, so I didn't use it. I read the book Stop IBS, but the cookbook isn't useful because I don't cook much. My alternative medical doctor thinks that stress had a big impact on my digestion. The whole episode eased off in a few weeks. Thanks for your help. | |

| A few months past I ordered the Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal can. I must say that I did have my doubts. I have IBS-C and along with the constipation, gas and bloating. I take 1 and a half teaspoons of the fiber twice a day. Not immediate results but gradually the bloating subsided. Still some gas but I am much more regular. I have tried many fiber products without any results and of course Miralax. This is the only product that I need now. My only criticism is that sometimes the fiber will clump up and not dissolve. Perhaps it is the humid summer that we are experiencing. No matter this product has helped me tremendously. | |

| Heather's Tummy Fiber has made my life much better. I either have constipation or on occasion, diarrhea, which lowers my energy so much that I can't do anything that I need to do for a day or two. Now, when my gut feels like I might have diarrhea, I take 1/2 tsp. of Heather's Tummy Fiber, relax and in only a few minutes the feeling goes away, and my gut no longer feels like it is going to spasm. I've learned what works for me with the tummy fiber, I can take a teaspoon or so of it at night and in the morning, no more constipation. This is a huge improvement in my quality of life. | |
