| For a few years I took Acacia Fiber mixed in water. For some reason, that makes no sense, I quit using it last Fall. I had a very difficult winter digestively but couldn't figure out why. A couple of months ago it occurred to me to start taking the Acacia Fiber again. Now I sprinkle it directly on my food and am way more satisfied with the results, which are amazing. I only take two teaspoons a day. I don't know if I need to take more or not. The peppermint caps also help a lot but only take them before a meal. I was cramping one evening and took one without a meal and I felt like I was made out of peppermint. They are strong. I tried another product that was very expensive from another website and it did nothing at all. I am glad I found this. | |

Soy is highly allergenic and also contains antinutrients that block mineral absorption. I wouldn't touch unfermented soy with a billion-foot pole. | Acacia Fiber has helped chronic constipation a lot! And that was my main problem. I'll continue to increase the dose slowly from 4 tsp. per day to maybe 6 tsp. per day, and that will probably take care of the remaining minor constipation. Thank you!!! Bev | |

| I have IBS and non-alcolic fatty liver disease. With the combination of the two problems I have severe bloating and gas.
