| I have ibs with diarrhea. I was hoping the acacia fiber would help to slow the diarrhea down some but instead it increased it. I only took 1/8 tsp once a day for a week and experienced cramps with very loose stools by the second day. I took it for 8 days and then stopped. I don't think this is going to work for me. I had hoped to use an organic product but am back on my two fibercon a day and still experiencing multiple movements every morning with some discomfort. So sad this didn't help me. Service was great though. I drink the peppermint tea cold every day and find this helps with pain. Thanks for a great website with lots of good info. | This is all very new to me. I am learning what not to eat. Have not gotten into the recipes, as life is so busy. In the past I followed very few recipes for my meals. It is just learning how to fit this extra work into my time schedule. I will get there eventually. I was kind of diagnosed by my gastro doctor's physician's assistant. However, I have not had any tests to make sure this is what I have. Will be going to ask for tests to be on the safe side. Thank you for your help. | |

| For some reason the TF doesn't dissolbe as quickly as it used to. | |||||
| I mix 1 TBSP TF in a 2 0z. container. Up until this last order I could shake it briskly and it would completely dissolve. Now I have to mix it and let it sit a couple of hours for it to all dissolve. I am not complaining, but i am wondering why it is doing that.
