| About a year ago I tried the peppermint and it was just too strong so didn't try anything else. Attempted to get into a gastroenterologist who would only see me for procedures so decided to try the Tummy Fiber instead. | Thank You Heather. Tummy Fiber has helped me most with lower abdominal pain and diarrhea issues. After it dissolves, my glass of water is clear and tasteless. In cooler weather I turn my fiber water into peppermint tea and in warmer weather I like to drink my fiber in plain cool water. To help dissolve in the winter when our water is much colder, I start to stir the fiber with warm not hot water and after the fiber starts to dissolve I start adding cool water. I found that stirring with a metal spoon breaks up the fiber a bit more and cuts down on foam. Since this is the first fiber I have ever taken I did started introducing it as a 1/4 teaspoon twice a day for a week then increased it from there. This has helped tremendously and I will definitely be back for more. I also have to say that delivery across the country is fast and I feel appreciated as a customer when I purchase. | Really nice mellow peppermint tea. I use mellow because the description of the peppermint used for the tea bags is strong. This made me slightly nervous the first time I brewed the tea bag. I thought that the smell of the peppermint might burn my nose when breathing it in or flare up my asthma but neither of those happened. As in the beginning it's a really nice mellow peppermint tea. | I've been dealing with IBS for years. Don't have it all the time, but when I do, the episodes can be very bad. The older I get, the worse they seem to be. The worst part is the abdominal pain and constipation. I take one of these pills every morning, and do far, they are working. The bottle says to take on an empty stomach, and don't eat for an hour afterwards if you are prone to heartburn. Of course, I start drinking coffee right after and I can taste the peppermint while doing so. I would much rather taste a little peppermint than burp up sulfur. All in all, it works. | |

| I have a history of food sensitivities and intolerances, so I've always used stomach support supplements, but they never really worked. I started a GLP-1 medication recently and desperately needed a fiber supplement to help aid the side effects of GI upset/constipation. Within one week of using the packets (1/2 packet twice a day then moved up to 1 packet twice a day), my stomach felt totally back to normal and it got rid of my symptoms.
