| I have always had a bad problem with gas. I have IBS(c)and I have been using the organic tummy fiber, which I think has helped a lot. I was hoping that by adding the Tummy Tamers I could stop the gas. It has helped some, but has not totally relieved the problem. I take 2/day - one first thing in morning and another around 4 in the afternoon. Even within an hour or so of taking the pill, I still have gas, so it makes me think it just isn't working for me. | |||||

| Hi Heather - The day I received the product I started with 1/2 tsp. with breakfast and evening meal. After 2 weeks that seemed too much as I had so much gas and diarrhea. | So this product has really saved my life in that it has almost completely made me stop having the excruciatingly painful IBS attacks. I still have them very rarely, but the pain is much, much, less. So for that I am grateful. However, I have worked my way up to 3 TBS a day(split evenly between morning and night), and it has still done absolutely nothing for my constipation. I don't think this product should be marketed as helping IBS-C because for one it takes months for it to start working(if at all), and also 5 TBS is a ridiculous amount to have to take daily of anything, especially since this product is so expensive. I really don't want to increase past these 3TBS because of those reasons. Another thing is I was recommenced to order from the Canadian supplier Norfolk Holistic Foods. They took even longer to deliver, delivered to the wrong address TWICE, and it was unprofessionally packaged. Why would you recommend me these people? Overall a good product, probably more suited to IBS-D sufferers. I hope a better product will be developed for IBS-C. | |||||

| I've just started taking the Tummy Fiber after having a couple of IBS attacks a week. My long bathroom sessions at work, plus the painful cramps, were affecting my productivity. | This has been the only product that gave me a relief from my IBS symptoms. I have suffered from IBS-D since I was 15 yrs old and after multiple doctors appointments the only med. that helped me was Imodium (one tablet a day). Tired of taking a drug not knowing the potential side effects in the future I decided to find a natural alternative. A gluten-free, lactose-free diet was not enough. | I tried other brands of peppermint tea and none of it is as helpful as this one. This may taste strong but for an IBS sufferer like me, the strength is exactly what's needed. It doesn't cure my IBS but it helps me with the cramps I get every now and then from IBS. There were a few times where I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible pain from my IBS and I would drag myself to the kitchen to make a cup of this peppermint tea and drink and it would settle the pain within 5 minutes of drinking this so that I can go back to sleep. I drink this throughout the day at work and it is soothing. | |

| I've been following Heather for many years. I daily drink one cup ( or more) of her teas with 1 fennel & 1 peppermint tea bag. I love the taste of the 2 mixed together.
