| This is a soothing tea, which I drink at least 4-5 cups a day. Interestingly enough, the tea bags appear to no longer be biodegradable - they are made of a cloth mesh. But the flavor comes through. | My favorite products, however, are the tummy fiber and peppermint oil supplements. Using Heather's specific instructions on how to take the proper amount of tummy fiber for my severe IBS-D, I have literally had no diarrhea for the past 4 months. The peppermint supplements are wonderful to calm my colon contractions and they help with pain as well. I started the IBS diet on Jan. 1, 2019 after reading about it on Heather's website. I bought the IBS books(first year and cookbook) in February, and now I can leave the house again to go places. DAILY. I am able to exercise daily. I have lost 60 lbs. and I wasn't even trying to lose weight!! By cutting out red meat, dairy and high fats, and by balancing my soluble/insoluble fiber intake, I feel so much better now!!!!
