| I've been using this can of loose soluble fiber for about 3 weeks. Just about 1 teaspoon a day mixed in with yogurt or cereal. And I've stopped hurting and no longer have loose stools. This is coinciding with all home cooked meals, and more walking during stay at home pandemic times, which might also contribute to my gut settling down, but I think the daily soluble fiber and occasional fennel tea are really helping. | I have suffered with IBS for several years but it got worse. I started taking the Tummy Tamer capsules when the product became available at CVS. Sad to say that I can't find them at CVS any longer so I have begun ordering directly from Heather's online site. I take the capsules every day and whenever I eat something that I know will bother me. I have had to also take Pepcid in conjunction with them. Recently I added Goldenseal when someone told me about it because I still had stomach pains when the IBS reared its ugly head. Now I have less instances of IBS problems and rarely any pains at all. | I don't even have IBS, but I order this for myself for after dinner enjoyment and digestive soothing. Peppermint tea is my favorite tea, and this is the best I've had. My boyfriend does have IBS; we got the peppermint and the fennel teas, and the fennel helps him with gas and bloating. He drinks 3-4 cups a day. Thank you, Heather, from both of us. | |
