| Look, the holidays are a HUGE minefield for any ibs sufferer, but my workplace goes NUTS!! Sugary, greasy yummy treats are everywhere all the time! | I don't even have IBS, but I order this for myself for after dinner enjoyment and digestive soothing. Peppermint tea is my favorite tea, and this is the best I've had.
