| I have been using Heather's Tummy Care for several weeks and I believe that it has been helping some but not to the degree I had hoped. I still have some issues on too many days. I'm not sure I'm taking the correct amount. Right now I'm at 4 tsp/day. May need to adjust. One thing I have noticed though is when I take it, it makes me have gas, lots of it. Is this normal? I ordered some of the fennel tea but have not received it yet. Hope this helps with the gas. I will continue using and adjusting the amount. | |

Apparently I made an error when I ordered the book and did not correct the shipping address, so it came to me in error. (Shipping was so quick!) | I finally am feeling some relief from diarrhea that had become a chronic problem. | |
| With IBS and all my intolerances to foods it had become very troublesome to eat anything without gas, bloating and severe diarrhea. Since starting the acacia fiber about three weeks ago I am doing much better. I am taking 1 tsp in the morning, but I am going to increase to 2 tsp to see if that will help eliminate the diarrhea completely. I'm very encouraged with the results I'm having with this product. | I have had IBS for 32 years ever since I had my first baby. I have learned to "live" with it kinda with your very very helpful diet tips and yoga. Last year I had to get my gallbladder removed which made eating a nightmare. Without your tummy fiber I would not be able to eat or digest any food. The healthcare industry really doesn't understand what the pain and embarrassment IBS can cause. I'm thankful to you everyday!! | |
