| I use the fiber, peppermint caps and tea and now mu daughter is using them. They have helped a whole lot. I can only use the fiber for 5 or 6 weeks then have to switch to something else for 5 or 6 weeks then can go back. Everything I use stops working after that amount of time. The girl at your business says to use more but it's too expensive for that so I didn't try it. I pretty much quit drinking coffe and drink your tea all the time. I find I can get several cups out of one tea bag. I love it. I'm so happy I found your products. | |

| I had a small bowel resection in 2008 due to blood clots in my mesenteric arteries. Due to scar tissue and adhesions from that surgery, I developed a bowel obstruction in December 2012. I was advised by a dietitian to avoid foods that are high in insolubl fiber. Since I have a sister with colon cancer, I was also advised to get plenty of fiber each day. After lots of confusion and frustration, I found the answer for both issues. Heather's Tummy Fiber has the soluble fiber that will help keep my colon healthy while also not causing issues with the bowel obstruction. I thought I could no longer eat raw fruits and vegetables and this made my diarrhea worse. I have also had a colon resection due to colon cancer. | My mom has been in and out of the hospital with IBS type symptoms (ing nurse mentioned your product and how it had been helping her elderly mother, we ordered it right away. The results have been fantastic. She has occasional diarrhea but only because she eats too much chocolate and NOTHING like the problems before. We also started her on the Peppermint Oil capsules. She used to complained of pain in her stomach and we could not figure out why it hurt.. SInce she has been taking the capsules she no longer complains. She doesn't like peppermint in tea and such but no problem with the peppermint oil capsules. I recommend it to anyone I hear of having these types of problems. | I started taking these over 3 years ago to help relieve IBS symptoms before meals. I use them as directed and as needed and they have been effective at relieving gas and associated discomfort when my stomach is empty. I also use Acacia Senegal Tummy Fibre before all meals to help prevent symptoms. Earlier this year my symptoms got worse and I'm working with a Nurse Practitioner to improve my digestive process. I told her about the above items and she was pleased to get the information. In the last few months, I've had problems with stomach disturbances during the night, especially after about 4:00am. When that happens, I take a Peppermint Capsule and get relief within 15 - 30 minutes, which allows me to get back to sleep. The relief lasts for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or longer. I sometimes need another capsule before it's time to get up. Bottom line is they work well and I've had no unpleasant side effects. My recent order was for the bulk package of 6 bottles because I'm using more of them and the pricing is better. | |

| I had run out of this when I had the most severe flu of my adult-hood, and boy did I miss this tummy fiber! Once the order came in and I started taking it again, at night, it settled my tummy triggers I get from being ill, and I was once again as normal as I can get. I am SO grateful for this product! | Purchase of Tummy fibre and Peppermint caps | |
| Thanks for the incredibly swift delivery. I have been having uncomfortable symptoms for almost 2 years that were affecting my active life style and energy levels for work and play. I am having a great deal of success with the peppermint caps to ease abdominal bloating, gas, and pain. It is almost too good to be true. The fibre is helping also...I had tried Metamucil a year or so ago and it exacerbated my symptoms...so it has come as a relief to find something that is providing relief from constant diarrhea. I have also been using a probiotic that I did not purchase from "Help for IBS" and I believe that is helping as well. I have been trying some of the recipes in Heather's book. Some I like, some I don't, but what I really like is that I can take the ingredients in any recipe and use them however I like, knowing they are all "safe" foods for IBS...or at least so far they are my safe foods as well. I have followed all of the instructions on all of your products to get the maximum benefit and it has really helped! So thank you! If I continue to have such a successful response to your products I will definitely be a regular customer. I am eager to try the fennel tea. | |

| I go back and forth between diarrhea and constipation. Constipation mostly. Within a week the fiber has started to regulate my bowel movements and the lower back pain from the constipation has decreased quite a bit. I am a very thin petite girl so I take half a teaspoon of fiber a day and so far that's worked for me! | |

| AMAZING Customer Service | |
| I'm Canadian and I shipped the Tummy Fiber to my dad's USA vacation destination. I was concerned that the order might not arrive during his one week in the USA so I reached out to the customer service team at Heather's Tummy Care to inquire about the timing. I was super touched that I got a personal message back from Heather herself and I was really impressed with her customer service response. She ensured that my order arrived within the time window that it needed to and her message to me was full of genuine kindness and caring. One of the things that I like about Heather's Acacia Senegal fiber is that it's been tested for salicylates and it has been identified as low salicylate. This information is important to me because I have salicylate sensitivity. When I placed this order I was so happy that Heather finally had Tummy Fiber back in stock. Unfortunately when the order arrived I discovered that this first batch of fiber was milled to a finer consistency than it usually is and it's more difficult to dissolve in liquids. The letter that came with the order apologized for this situation and said that it would be a temporary change in the product. Given everything that Heather has had to go through this year in terms of sourcing this product, I feel that the altered consistency is a small sacrifice to have to deal with! I look forward to ordering more Tummy Fiber in the future, and I'm sure by then it will be back to its normal texture. | |
