| My IBS runs from severe diarrhea to constipation and I have despaired of being normal again. But this stuff is working. It is a slow process, building up to being able to take enough to alleviate symptoms, but I am up to a tablespoon a day and my constipation is sloooowly disappearing and I am comfortable again. I have had NO DIARRHEA since I began the regimen and NO CRAMPING! And I am back to successfully eating sourdough bread (my problem is not gluten even though I have been off it for 3+ years on the advice of my gastroenterologist). Even though initially the acacia and the increased soluable fiber bound me up even worse, I have been able to adjust my insoluble fiber intake to begin to return to normal. | |

| All I can say is , WOW! When I got my book, I honestly felt like she was speaking directly to me. All of the struggles I've been dealing with were written right there. I now feel a new sense of comfort knowing I'm not alone or crazy. I am very new to IBS, and have been only dealing with it for a little over a year now. | My favorite products, however, are the tummy fiber and peppermint oil supplements. Using Heather's specific instructions on how to take the proper amount of tummy fiber for my severe IBS-D, I have literally had no diarrhea for the past 4 months. The peppermint supplements are wonderful to calm my colon contractions and they help with pain as well. I started the IBS diet on Jan. 1, 2019 after reading about it on Heather's website. I bought the IBS books(first year and cookbook) in February, and now I can leave the house again to go places. DAILY. I am able to exercise daily. I have lost 60 lbs. and I wasn't even trying to lose weight!! By cutting out red meat, dairy and high fats, and by balancing my soluble/insoluble fiber intake, I feel so much better now!!!!
