| I have suffered for years with IBS. Thought I was eating the right things for the most part with research I had done on my own (which read was lots of fiber!) After a few recent extremely bad reoccurring IBS symptoms I was back to researching. That's when I discoverd "Heather and CO" help for IBS. Found I was eating all the wrong things! | I am loving these products. My favorite is the Fennel tea and the cook book. I have found some great recipes and great information in the cook book. With some of my new found knowledge I have been able to change some family favorites into better meals for me with just a few adjustments. I am not sure about the peppermint tablets just yet. | I mix it with other teas to get some variety, just make sure it is decaf tea. I also add a peppermint capsule to my teapot and make a large pot of fennel-peppermint tea, as I find the peppermint easier to digest this way, its very strong but you get used to it and there is no burping up of peppermint all day! Overall I have found these products life changing, my pain is substantially reduced, I feel supported and educated and I am not lost in wondering what to eat or not. The only product I haven't used much is the tummy fiber, I need to incorporate it more in my daily routine. Thanks again Heather! | |

| Finally, I understand what is happening to me. I am learning and following your suggestions: no dairy, caffeine, no carbonated drinks no excess oil. Learning to deal with raw vegetables...pretty much saved by my Vitaminx Blender. My roughage is pretty much consumed after pureeing it first. My visit to my doctor today will inform her what has been happening to me and how I am relieved of emergency bathroom runs. I am taking your advice regarding the tests I should have and will talk to my doctor about this matter. I am doing meditation early in the morning....having a very good result with it...am working with a physical trainer and upping my cardio with the goal of half an hour daily. | I love this stuff! It works, it's easy to use, doesn't affect the taste of anything you use it on etc. I put it in my applesauce, on sandwiches, anywhere I can think of. I do have to say that apple cider vinegar also helps a great deal with the bloating. I suffer from IBS-C and it's very hard to counteract the bloating/gas/constipation that happens from eating normal foods that other people have no issues with. I also can't eat soy and many of the recipes in the book contain soy. This leave me with very few diet choices - I'm vegetarian. I really like the tummy fiber! | |

| I've been drinking this tea for a few weeks but I can't tell if it's helping. I get bloated/gas incredibly easy. I started taking apple cider vinegar and I've definitely noticed that helping with the bloating moreso than the teas. I've been drinkin peppermint consistently for well over a month and taking the tummy fiber along with this tea. I'm glad I came across these products but I don't think I've gotten the results that many other people have. | |

| Solution for Dissolving Powder, the acacia helps me daily | |
| I read some recent reviews about the product being not as refined as our usual powder. I have used it daily in my coffee for several years and my previous shipment had a different texture to the powder. To solve the temporary issue, I put the powder in 1/3rd of my coffee. Next I stir it with a fork for less than a minute until I see it dissolving. My last step is to use my frother at an angle on the top of the coffee for less than a minute until the mixture is completely dissolved. It also makes a nice little froth on the top of my coffee as you would have in a latte. At that point I fill up my coffee cup and life is good. | I'm Canadian and I shipped the Tummy Fiber to my dad's USA vacation destination. I was concerned that the order might not arrive during his one week in the USA so I reached out to the customer service team at Heather's Tummy Care to inquire about the timing. I was super touched that I got a personal message back from Heather herself and I was really impressed with her customer service response. She ensured that my order arrived within the time window that it needed to and her message to me was full of genuine kindness and caring. One of the things that I like about Heather's Acacia Senegal fiber is that it's been tested for salicylates and it has been identified as low salicylate. This information is important to me because I have salicylate sensitivity. When I placed this order I was so happy that Heather finally had Tummy Fiber back in stock. Unfortunately when the order arrived I discovered that this first batch of fiber was milled to a finer consistency than it usually is and it's more difficult to dissolve in liquids. The letter that came with the order apologized for this situation and said that it would be a temporary change in the product. Given everything that Heather has had to go through this year in terms of sourcing this product, I feel that the altered consistency is a small sacrifice to have to deal with! I look forward to ordering more Tummy Fiber in the future, and I'm sure by then it will be back to its normal texture. | |
