| I am loving these products. My favorite is the Fennel tea and the cook book. I have found some great recipes and great information in the cook book. With some of my new found knowledge I have been able to change some family favorites into better meals for me with just a few adjustments. I am not sure about the peppermint tablets just yet. Will keep trying them and am hoping they start to take effect. The Fennel tea however is a blessing and I started feeling better after just two uses. LOVE IT!! Thank you so much for all of this! | |

| We eat almost exclusively from this recipe book now, and my IBS has calmed down DRAMATICALLY. | I mix it with other teas to get some variety, just make sure it is decaf tea. I also add a peppermint capsule to my teapot and make a large pot of fennel-peppermint tea, as I find the peppermint easier to digest this way, its very strong but you get used to it and there is no burping up of peppermint all day! Overall I have found these products life changing, my pain is substantially reduced, I feel supported and educated and I am not lost in wondering what to eat or not. The only product I haven't used much is the tummy fiber, I need to incorporate it more in my daily routine. Thanks again Heather! | |

| Finally, I understand what is happening to me. I am learning and following your suggestions: no dairy, caffeine, no carbonated drinks no excess oil. Learning to deal with raw vegetables...pretty much saved by my Vitaminx Blender. My roughage is pretty much consumed after pureeing it first. My visit to my doctor today will inform her what has been happening to me and how I am relieved of emergency bathroom runs. I am taking your advice regarding the tests I should have and will talk to my doctor about this matter. I am doing meditation early in the morning....having a very good result with it...am working with a physical trainer and upping my cardio with the goal of half an hour daily. | I love this stuff! It works, it's easy to use, doesn't affect the taste of anything you use it on etc. I put it in my applesauce, on sandwiches, anywhere I can think of. I do have to say that apple cider vinegar also helps a great deal with the bloating. I suffer from IBS-C and it's very hard to counteract the bloating/gas/constipation that happens from eating normal foods that other people have no issues with. I also can't eat soy and many of the recipes in the book contain soy. This leave me with very few diet choices - I'm vegetarian. I really like the tummy fiber! | |

| I am IBS-C (severely). I get bloated, gassy and stomach distention from my IBS. I love Acacia fiber supplement. It is an excellent source of fiber for IBS. It relieves my bloating, gas and stomach distention as well as helping my bile. Acacia has a probiotic in it. The probiotic I take daily along with the Acacia gives me great relief. | I have been doing the IBS Audio Program for a little over 2 weeks and I can already tell the difference. I don't seem to be having as many problems as before with my stomach spasms or having a hard time going to the bathroom. My stomach seems more relaxed and I am able to control it more.
