| I have truly been enjoying every product in this kit. It was a great way to get started. The tea is very fresh and the aroma from the tea bags is intoxicating in the best way. The tea bags are huge and flavorful - everything you could want in a tea bag. I am using the soluble fiber produce as well with no wierd taste; it's tasteless and I especially like adding it to soft foods. I feel like I finally have some control over my body and symptoms of discomfort. Overall, I would recommend starting off with this kit for anyone wondering which product to try first. | I was diagnosed with IBS this past May, after 2 other doctors spent all of last year trying to figure out what was wrong. This doctor did the food sensitivity testing and I eliminated 27 foods. Then eliminated all the FODMAPS. Was eating massive amounts of vegetable to combat constipation. This caused a lot of cramping. Tried Metamucil and that really caused cramping. Luckily, a friend had given me Heather's book "The First Year IBS" and I came to this site and these products. They were delivered right away and so I could switch to the Acacia fiber. What a difference. Lessens rather than increases cramping. The tea and peppermint capsules also help, and following her diet advice has done more for me than all the eliminations. I am so very happy! All is not perfect, and it may never be, but I am not in despair any more. | |

Only by doing research and eliminating wheat did I find some relief. Doctors are very ignorant about these conditions. | I love the Tummy Tammers! I had already been using an enteric coated peppermint oil pill from Whole Foods, however, I like Heathers a lot more. These help out so much. I have very bad IBS and have had it from an early age. I am now 38 (female) and have tried almost everything under the sun. I take tummy tammers 3X a day (before breakfast, lunch and dinner)I also make sure to eat SOLUBLE fiber before each meal and it has helped tremendously! Believe it or not, I even have a miniature Twix or Kit Kat (Halloween size) candy bar every night before bed. Sometimes I wish I hadn't more more times out of most, I'm just fine. | This is my 4th day of taking caps. I've taken 2 a day on an empty stomach - one when I get up in the morning and then another at some point in the day after I've waited two hours since my previous meal. I also wait at least an hour before eating again. I take with a few sips of cool water but I think I'm beginning to have discomfort in my throat. I hope heartburn isn't returning. How long does one have to wait after taking the pill before normal drinking? If I'm exercising or whatever, I like to drink a glass of water or other liquid. | |

| I would love to provide a review on the peppermint caps – I've suffered with an IBS-D episode for almost a year off and on and tried numerous prescriptions, change in diet etc…within 4 days of taking the peppermint caps, the pain, bloating and diarrhea has significantly decreased!
