I was diagnosed 50 yrs ago with IBS - after suffering with it for 10 yrs before then. It's been a wild journey through life that not many can fathom. Lucky for them. A number of years ago while researching (once again) new info about IBS, I came across Heather's information and her recommendations. Once I began using her Fennel Tea, I've never gone without it. It's my morning tea most days. It's been very helpful for the regularity of my digestive system. I've only been taking them first about 2 weeks.
They took a week and a half to arrive. I have to say I very been very pleased with how I'm feeling and that I'm pretty much only having about I BM a day sometimes 2. That's much better than the last 9 months on prescription medication . Constant diarrhea, nausea & pain. Truthfully I'm still pretty tender from my stomach down.
