| I ordered this blindly hoping that it would actually help. It really is tasteless (not all powders that say they are really are) and dissolves easily. I take it combined with the fennel peppermint caps. I'm not sure if either would work without the other, but it doesn't really matter to me. I have had to have a feeding tube placed because I have severe weight loss from IBS issues. I am hoping eventually, I will be able to eat again and be a normal person, one not afraid to go out anywhere because something embarrassing might happen (again). | |

| I have been suffering from IBS for over 20 years and nothing has ever helped. The last few months 8t turned to being constipated daily and I was absolutely miserable. I also believe it contributed to the discovery of atrial flutter that I discovered I had a few weeks ago. It coincides with the flutter every time.
