| I am really enjoying the fennel tea in place of my morning coffee. I brew it using six tea bags per quart of water. I dilute this concentrate to 50 percent and enjoy one to two cups a day and refrigerate the rest of the concentrate. This, along with Heather's fiber, is working to relieve my current IBS flare. | This acacia fiber is just as Heather has described--it has been very helpful for my gut. I've gradually increased my dose as she recommends, and I think I've finally gotten to the amount I need. I have mixed the Tummy Fiber with water on a 1 tsp. to 1 tablespoon water ratio so that I always have about one cup of liquified Tummy Fiber ready in a jar in the frig. This makes it super-convenient to put a tablespoon of the liquid (equivalent to about 2 grams fiber) into drinks or soup. | I had high hopes for this product Tummy Fiber Acacia but it gave me a lot of gas. I cut down to 1/4 tsp and then 1/8 tsp and same results. I have stopped taking it and will try again with less than an 1/8 tsp in hopes it will not give me so much gas. It might take me longer to get to were I want to be but I will give it one last try. | I have been suffering since 2008 with IBS, sometimes several times a week. I would have episodes that would last from 1 day to 2 weeks, where I lost 6 lbs in a short amount of time. Tried eating bland, sometimes helped, sometimes not. Very embarrassing when it kicks in on an airplane, and had to jump ahead of an older lady to make it to the bathroom in time. Apologized profusely when I came out of bathroom. It ruined many a vacation, and spent to many times in McDonalds bathroom waiting for symptoms to pass so we could continue our road trip. Looked up information about IBS and found Heathers Tummy powder. It has completely changed my life. I can now eat somewhat normally now since 2019 and have a small episode maybe once a year.
